An assistant for your front desk

Everyone who gets in touch,welcomed.

Tell Welcomed how your business works. It writes an assistant that answers people on your website, on the phone and by text, and does the work in your own systems.

Booked in your system

Thursday 10:30 am, with Dr Ellis. Written straight into your calendar.

Summary to your team

In your own template. Only what the person said.

Voice · Chat · Form

One conversation,three ways in.

People talk, type or tap, whichever suits them. They can switch at any point and pick up at the same step.

Same step, same answers, whichever way.

The builder

Say how you work.It writes the assistant.

Talk or type to the builder. It reads your website first, asks only what only you can decide, and shows every change on the design before you keep it.

You say

“New patients book a first appointment, then fill in a short intake form.”

It asks

“If someone answers no to the first question, what should they be told?”

It shows

Two new steps on the design, marked until you keep them.

From hello to done

It does the work, not just the talking.

01

Asks first

Every conversation opens with your notice. Nothing starts and nothing is recorded until the person agrees. A no goes straight to your team.

Before we start

You're talking to Banksia Health's AI assistant. This conversation is recorded and transcribed.

02

Books, in your system

It finds a time, holds it, and writes the booking into the system you already use. It only says “you're booked” once the booking exists.

Told: “You're booked for Thursday at 10:30 am.”
03

Hands over cleanly

When it can't help, it takes a message for your team: the name as given, a number read back, and what it's about in their words.

Leaves a summary

Every conversation ends in a summary written to your template, holding only what the person said. Anything that needs action is flagged.

Asked for a personFinished

Reason for visit

Lower back pain for about three weeks, worse in the mornings.

Tried so far

Ibuprofen and stretching. “Helps a bit, then it comes back.”

Going live

Nothing goes liveuntil it's rehearsed.

The builder writes practice conversations from what you told it, and runs every change against them. If one fails, it fixes the design and tries again, or tells you plainly what didn't work.

Privacy and care

Careful with people,by design.

Proof before anything private

Nothing private is given out until the person proves who they are, with a code sent to a contact you already hold.

Never claims what didn't happen

It says something is booked or sent only once it is. It never guesses what's wrong, or how urgent.

Your words in an emergency

If someone says something on your emergency list, they're told exactly what you wrote, before anything else.

Kept in Australia

Conversations, summaries and records are kept in Sydney.
